Working over 600 muscles in each and every movement. A combination of core, cardio, balance, flexibility, and strength training, the workout will leave your muscles quivering but at the same time wanting more. As the instructor leads your through a 50 minute class, you will wonder where the time went. The music is pumping, the energy is amazing and the community around you is supportive and encouraging.


Expect to burn between 500-700 calories. As your body responds to the slow movements inherent in Lagree Fitness, you will find yourself working an entirely different group of muscles. Slow-twitch is what they call them! The same muscles that will develop into a long, lean and toned body.
