Mantra Fitness Sarasota is a Premium Pilates Studio with a unique twist – classes focus on strength, cardio, and flexibility movements – all in a single 50-minute class!

The location that started it all! The first Mantra Fitness location was opened in 2012 in Sarasota. Florida residents were thrilled with the innovative new approach to Pilates, created by trainer to the stars Sebastien Lagree, which combines Pilates, cardio, and strength training with a focus on balance and flexibility. The Megaformer™ workout was an instant hit with the local fitness community.
