Once set up, check work email for signup links & instructions for the following platforms:
- Talents LMS – Online Sales Training Platform
- Mariana Tek – Studio CRM Platform
- Deputy – Employee Scheduling + Time Clock Platform
- Brandbot – Lead Management & Client Communication Platform
Once signed up for all platforms, add the following apps/links to your phone and/or computer. (Studio computers will have everything already)
Mariana Tek (studio CRM)
Deputy (for viewing schedule + timeclock)
TalentLMS (online training platform)
Brandbot (for managing + communicating with leads)
Gmail App (or email client of your preference)
Google Calendar (or calendar app of your preference)
Google Meet (for meetings + screenshares)
Google Drive (to access all company documents + files)
Google Docs (create + edit company documents)
Google Sheets (create + edit company spreadsheets)
