Why She Teaches:

Ava’s love for health and fitness has always been strong. Find out what inspired her to pursue a career as a Mantra Trainer.

“I started out doing front desk and I got to spend countless hours simply observing and listening to hundreds of classes. I decided to teach because I’m so passionate about the workout and I wanted to be a part of all of our incredible clients’ journeys. Being able to see how hard and dedicated our clients are is so inspiring.” 


Why She Loves the Workout:

“I simply fell in love with the workout not only seeing how it transformed my body by simply how it makes you feel. I think what I love most is knowing that this workout will never get easier, no matter how many classes you have taken you are always going to feel those shakes and leave feeling humbled!”
