Mantra focuses heavily on core stabilizing exercises and maintaining good form throughout each and every move. The torso is the body’s center of power, so the more strength and stability in this area the better the chances of preventing injury and maintaining good alignment and posture.



Cardiorespiratory endurance is the ability of the body’s circulatory and respiratory systems (heart and lungs) to supply fuel to the tissues and cells during sustained physical activity. All Mantra exercises are executed with minimal transition time to keep you in maximum fat-burning mode.

Strength Training


Mantra uses effective resistance, which is variable and allows for peak muscle contraction while reducing stress on the joints and connective tissue. Each exercise stimulates both the fast- and slow-twitch muscle fibers, responsible for building long, lean muscles.

Balance & Flexibility


Mantra works muscle at its length, improving balance and flexibility in each and every exercise.
