Saige MillerLakewood Ranch
Saige is a retired professionial Ballet dancer. She grew up training with the School Of American Ballet in NYC, and ABT. She went on to dance with the Sarasota Ballet and Colorado Ballet. After retiring from dance in her early twenties, she found a passion for fitness and helping others feel their best. Saige previously taught at SLT studios throughout New York City and has her 250 hour RYT, NSCF PT, and Barre certification. Saige brings her knowlege, experience, and challenging routines that are gaurenteed to get you sweating, shaking, and feeling GOOD!
