Finding Strength and Support After Hurricane Milton

Finding Strength and Support After Hurricane Milton: Mantra is Here for You

Dear Mantra Community,

In the wake of Hurricane Helene and Milton, our hearts go out to everyone affected by the storms. We know this has been a challenging time, and many in our community are dealing with the impacts of power outages, property damage, and disruptions to daily life. Please know that we are thinking of you, and we are here to offer any support we can.

At Mantra, we believe in the power of community, especially during difficult moments like these. Our studio is more than just a place to work out—it’s a safe space where you can recharge, both physically and mentally.

Our Studio is Open for You

Whether you need a break from the heat, a moment of calm, or a place to charge your devices, our doors are open to you during normal class times. We invite you to stop by, even if it’s just to sit in the air conditioning, connect with others, and regroup. We’re all navigating the aftermath of Hurricane Milton together, and we want you to know you’re not alone.

Taking Care of Yourself

It’s important to remember to take care of yourself during stressful times. Even a brief Mantra workout can help relieve tension, restore energy, and give your mind a break. If you feel up for it, we’re offering classes with a modified schedule, and our instructors are ready to guide you through a workout that helps you get back on track. Movement can be a powerful way to reset, and we’re here to support you, no matter what that looks like for you today.

Thank you for being part of our Mantra family. Together, we will get through this. Our community is strong, and we are here to help each other rebuild and recover.

Stay safe, and we hope to see you soon.

Warmly,
Your Mantra Fitness Team
