This is my first time doing Mantra - Should I take a private session first?

It depends on your current fitness level. The workout is intense, the routine is kept simple and the instructors are here to make sure everyone is using good form. However, if you have chronic back pain, painful joints, or a pre-existing injury, it is recommended to take a private session first to assess your fitness level and get needed modifications.

How do I get started?

Create an account. Select the appropriate class time from schedule. Sign up and pay for the class. We highly recommend that anyone new to Mantra take a beginner level class before taking a Total Body class. If you have any questions please call the studio and we can assist you in choosing the appropriate class for your level.

How do I buy classes, monthly memberships or packages, and schedule classes?

Classes can be easily purchased and booked using our branded mobile web app. Download the mobile app at the bottom of this page.

How many calories will I burn at a Mantra Class?

You can expect to burn between 500-700 calories. Some clients can burn more or less depending on the amount of effort put into the class. Since it’s a slow burn workout, the body will continue to burn calories for up to 48 hours after!

How often should I take Mantra classes?

We strongly recommend 2 to 3 times a week to experience maximum results. It’s important to allow your body to properly recover and repair after each session. Depending on your fitness level and the intensity of your workout, you will need more or less time to recover between sessions. Listen to your body.

What should I bring to class?

You will need grip socks, a towel, water bottle, and tight fitting athletic clothing. Grip socks are required to go on the machines and are available for purchase at the studio.

Are my purchases refundable or transferable?

All purchases are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

What if I can't come to class and I have already been confirmed? Will I be charged?

We have an 8-hour cancellation policy here at Mantra. We only have a limited amount of machines and our instructors work to provide clients with the most effective workout based on class attendance. If you need to cancel please do so within 8 hours of class time or you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee to the credit card on file and those on a limited membership, or class package, will have that credit to re-book with in the future. 

How will I know if I have gotten into a class off the wait list?

As soon as a spot has opened, you will be notified by email that you have been added to the class. Make sure to check your emails and have your text messaging turned on in your account profile screen. You can also view your waitlist status & class reservations on our app. Waitlist will move them into class up until an hour before it begins!! If they know they would need more notice, to remove themselves from the waitlist.

What is Perkville and how do I sign up?

Perkville is our client rewards program. You earn valuable points each time you take a class that are redeemable for free classes and merchandise. To create your Perkville account, visit perkville.com and login with the email address in your profile.

What if I need help choosing a class?

Call the studio you wish to attend and one of our helpful staff members will be glad to assist.
