What To Wear Wednesday with Leah's Plate

Wednesday came faster than usual with this short week and we are ready to share the next limited edition tank for What to Wear Wednesday. This week's tank has the ever-popular shredded back and one of our favorite mantras on the front, "No Pain, No Champagne". Perfect for wearing to your weekend Megaformer class and grabbing mimosas at brunch afterwards!


Speaking of brunch...Leah from Leah's Plate is sharing a yummy recipe for Paleo Fruit Breakfast Burritos with us this week. 


This breakfast burrito consists of only FIVE ingredients and is so simple to make! I used a paleo wrap and filled it with berries, almond butter and grain-free granola. It is such a satisfying breakfast packed with nutrients, healthy fat and protein. This meal is vegan, paleo and gluten-free to top it off!

The paleo wrap that I used is made with coconut meat, coconut water and unrefined coconut oil. As you can see, these ingredients are super clean. I simply added some almond butter, blueberries, strawberries and grain-free granola and wrapped it up into one big, amazing breakfast burrito. Feel free to get creative and use peanut butter instead of almond butter and experiment with different fruits.

A paleo and vegan breakfast burrito made with berries, almond butter and grain-free granola.

1 paleo wrap
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup strawberries (chopped)
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp grain-free granola

Spread a layer of the almond butter over the wrap.
Add the berries on top of the almond butter.
Sprinkle the granola over the berries.
Roll the wrap creating a burrito.
