We all know that replenishing our bodies after we shake, groove, stretch & burn on the megaformer is important -- but what are you refueling with?

There are a number of options to choose from, but let's keep in mind what we are using most during our visits to Mantra...

Did you guess your muscles?!

Although we are moving slow, inching along the megaformer, we are definitely using multiple muscle groups -- and muscles crave protein! Here are a few of our favorites to enjoy post Mantra.

Eggs/Omelette Easy & quick to whip up, plus an easy way to add some veggies and zest to for a tasty meal.

Cottage Cheese No prep needed! You can add pineapple for sweetness, or tomatoes & pepper if salty snacks are your thing.

Apple & Peanut Butter Does this one need explaining? Such an easy treat to enjoy and oh-so-tasty!

Chocolate Milk Sounds so simple...but chocolate milk is packed with just the right amount of protein to enjoy post workout. And, who doesn't like to feel like they are 5 again?

Greek Yogurt Another easy one to enjoy, top with cinnamon or add a couple berries to add more flavor.
