quick HIIT. High Intensity Interval Training. Jot down your favorite, quick workouts, grab a timer on your phone & go! Do each move for 30 seconds to 1 minute, work through your list, take a quick breather then hit it again! Go through your list 3-4 times for a good 15 minute burn.
just add squats. You can do them while you brush your teeth, waiting on a part of dinner to cook, during commercials of your show -- just add them! Just remember good form, keep your knees behind your toes, ideally over your ankles.
