When life hands you lemons, we hope that they're lulu ... right??
But sometimes they're not lululemon and we gotta pull ourselves out of the rut. Here are a few ways we bring those smiles back after a sour lemon:
Write down one positive thing daily. Easy to do, takes no time, can have a big impact. Another cute idea is to write them on a little strip of paper and keep in a canister -- this way when you're having a bad day, you have a few positive thoughts at your fingertips!
Get outside. A little vitamin D is always a good thing! Get outside, even it if is just for a few minutes to take a few deep breaths.
Don't be afraid to fail. We know...how is failing a positive? Well, it means you're trying -- you are stepping out of your comfort zone -- you are pushing your limits. And well that...is a very positive thing.
