Focus on the Positive


When life hands you lemons, we hope that they're lulu ... right??

But sometimes they're not lululemon and we gotta pull ourselves out of the rut. Here are a few ways we bring those smiles back after a sour lemon:

Write down one positive thing daily. Easy to do, takes no time, can have a big impact. Another cute idea is to write them on a little strip of paper and keep in a canister -- this way when you're having a bad day, you have a few positive thoughts at your fingertips!

Get outside. A little vitamin D is always a good thing! Get outside, even it if is just for a few minutes to take a few deep breaths.

Don't be afraid to fail. We is failing a positive? Well, it means you're trying -- you are stepping out of your comfort zone -- you are pushing your limits. And well a very positive thing.
