Transformation Tuesday with Jeanne Flynt


Happy Tuesday! 

We are excited to share today's Transformation Tuesday from our Tampa studio ... meet Jeanne! Although she has always enjoyed fitness -- Mantra is her new love! 

How did you find Mantra, and what were your goals when you first started working out here?
I first heard about Mantra through a friend at a local Pilates studio. It sounded like something fun to try since I am always looking for a new fitness challenge. I had been weightlifting with a personal trainer for the last 3yrs. interspersed with yoga and Pilates on off days. So to find an exercise technique that combines all three was very exciting, no jumping back and forth between studios to meet all my fitness goals. Mantra is all this and more. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis a few years ago so weight training is a must for bone density. Mantra also provides a great cardio workout, something I was missing in merely lifting weights.

What kind of changes have you noticed in yourself since doing Mantra?
I have been attending Mantra for a year now and am so excited about the changes in my body. At first I could barely lunge on the megaformer, I was so winded by the end of each class. Gradually my strength and cardio have increased so much that I now take classes 4-5 days a week.

What else would you love to share?
Another aspect that I truly love about Mantra is the friendships I have made while attending classes, everyone is always friendly and encouraging. Lastly a huge shout out to the wonderful Mantra team! The trainers are always spot on encouraging, motivating and educating the clients! Thank you Mantra for helping to make a better me!
