Transformation Tuesday with Ellie Faber


Happy Tuesday!

This week we have the pleasure of sharing the lovely Ellie Faber. She is such an inspiration at our Sarasota studio and we know she will inspire you too!  

1. How long have you been working out at Mantra?
Almost four years

2. How did you hear about Mantra?
We had just moved to Sarasota and I was looking for a place to workout. I liked it because the class is small and I liked the workout; plus, it is close to our home.

3. What changes have you seen in your body since starting working out at Mantra?
At the age of 82, I am just happy to maintain normal body fitness and strength. I am sure that the exercise also helps me with maintaining good balance, which many women lose in the 80’s.

4. What are some of your favorite hobbies?
I play golf twice a week and am able to maintain a very respectable game. I am sure that visiting Mantra three times a week helps!

5. How has Mantra changed your life?
A concentrated, 50 minute exercise, three times a week requires some resolve, but so far I have been able to maintain it.
